La Maison Biscaya (680m2) is an old farmhouse recently renovated, shared, decorated with care and very comfortable on 5000m2 of land. It's located on the heights of Çaro, a typical Basque village, in a quiet, natural setting just 3 minutes from Saint jean pied de port and its amenities. You'll appreciate the exceptional 360° view of the mountains. It's the ideal starting point for touring the Basque country, hiking and other activities, or simply relaxing

The accommodation
This spacious apartment (65m2) is located on the ground floor of Maison Biscaya, overlooking the typical village of Çaro and the mountains.
It comprises one bedroom with a hotel-quality 160cm bed, another with 2 single beds (which can be joined together to make a double bed, on request), a bathroom with rain shower and toilet, a comfortable living room, and a large, separate, fully-equipped kitchen with dining table. You'll also have your own private space in the garden, with a wooden terrace-lounge for napping, reading a good book, enjoying an aperitif, a table for your meals and a plancha for grilling!
The view is breathtaking and the sunsets are marvellous!
You have access to the shared swimming pool in the huge garden (4000m2) facing the mountains, as well as to all the leisure facilities (pétanque, table tennis, table soccer, billiards). Opposite the house, you'll find a small children's park that's very popular with the little ones. This apartment is equipped with AIR CONDITIONING, fans, mosquito nets, and an office area for TELETRAVAIL with free wifi fiber.
The house also has an ELECTRIC TERMINAL
Everything is done here to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive (made beds, quality linen, 1st necessity products) to start your stay calmly and even at the time of your departure because the end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price!!!!
On the ground floor, there's a large living room shared with the other tenants, which is very pleasant in summer for its coolness and also in winter to sit by the stove... to read, play and consult all the documents at your disposal.

Christel and Dominique, the owners who live on site, former city dwellers, will be happy to welcome you, to share with you their love of the Basque country, which they have visited since their youth, and their good addresses if you wish ..
They also offer complementary services on site and by prior reservation, subject to availability: breakfasts, dinners, picnic baskets, baby-sitters, yoga teachers, professional masseuses, beauticians, bike rentals or can put you in touch with professionals off the tourist trail, such as mountain guides, potholers or local farmers ...

The swimming pool (5x10m) is open and heated from May to October, depending on weather conditions, and is open from 10am to 10pm. Swimming is unsupervised and forbidden to unaccompanied children. Children are the sole responsibility of their parents.
